Waning Gibbous → Last Quarter → Waning Crescent | June 16–22, 2025
with Heart Berry Moon Reflections

The Full Moon has passed.
The light is fading.
And this week, we walk the sacred spiral inward — not to disappear, but to return.

We begin this week with the Waning Gibbous Moon, move through the crossroads of the Last Quarter, and soften into the tender dark of the Waning Crescent. Each phase carries its own invitation:

  • To integrate
  • To realign
  • To release

This is not a time for pushing forward. This is a time to listen. To slow down. To tend the soil of your becoming.

The Wisdom of the Waning Moon (with Signs + Prompts)

Monday, June 16 – Waning Gibbous in Aquarius

The visionary. The water-bearer.
Aquarius energy invites us to zoom out, observe, and integrate what the Full Moon revealed.

Reflection Prompts:

  • What truth has come to light — and how does it shift my path forward?
  • What am I ready to accept, without needing to fix?
  • Where can I offer my wisdom to the collective?

Tuesday, June 17 – Waning Gibbous in Pisces

The dreamer. The intuitive.
Pisces energy invites surrender, creativity, and gentle release.

Reflection Prompts:

  • Where am I clinging to clarity instead of trusting the unknown?
  • What can I feel, rather than figure out?
  • How can I soften the edges of my expectations?

Wednesday, June 18 – Last Quarter Moon (Pisces → Aries at 3:22 PM ET)

We begin the day in Pisces, and the Last Quarter Moon becomes exact just as the Moon shifts into Aries — a moment of emotional surrender giving way to inner fire.

Reflection Prompts (Pisces to Aries Transition):

  • What emotion or illusion is ready to be dissolved?
  • What outdated belief am I cutting away to stand more fully in my truth?
  • How can I move forward with clarity, not just urgency?

Thursday, June 19 – Waning Crescent in Aries

The warrior rests. The flame turns inward.
This is a time for internal alignment, not external action.

Reflection Prompts:

  • What am I no longer willing to fight for?
  • Where do I confuse burnout with passion?
  • What needs to be burned away so my energy can flow cleanly again?

Friday, June 20 – Waning Crescent in Aries + Summer Solstice ☀️

Today, the Moon is still in Aries, and the Sun enters Cancer — marking the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year.

This is a turning point in the solar wheel. A time of radiant visibility, nourishment, and sacred pause. And while the lunar energy is waning, the solar energy is peaking.

This balance between inner stillness and outer light is powerful.

✨ Stay tuned for a special Summer Solstice video and blog dropping this week — exploring how to honor the fire, the heart, and the transition into Cancer Season. ✨

Reflection Prompts:

  • What am I illuminating in my life — and where do I still need to rest?
  • How can I hold both fire and softness in this moment of transition?
  • What am I celebrating — not for what it achieved, but for how it felt?

Saturday & Sunday, June 21–22 – Waning Crescent in Cancer

Cancer energy brings the wave — emotional, nurturing, and ancient.
This is the final lunar descent before the New Moon in Cancer next week.

Reflection Prompts:

  • What does “home” feel like — and where do I carry it inside me?
  • Where am I still guarding my heart?
  • How can I let myself be nourished instead of needed?

Full Moon Reflections: Heart Berry Moon Teachings from Circle

On Tuesday, June 11, under the light of the Strawberry Full Moon in Sagittarius, we gathered at Bachner Acres — and what unfolded was pure, sacred fire.

We journaled with this prompt:

Since the Sagittarius New Moon (Nov 30, 2024)…
What have I learned?
What has stretched me?
What am I ready to release to fully grow?

We opened our circle by passing a single flame — lighting our ritual candles, whispering intentions, and casting our circle in light and presence.

Then came the teachings.

🌕 Sagittarius Full Moon | 20°

Ruled by Jupiter, this moon brought expansive truth, spiritual growth, and a call to rise above surface-level stories. Its Sabian Symbol reminded us:

“In winter, people cutting ice from a frozen pond for summer use.”
The wisdom has been there all along — waiting beneath the surface.

We spoke of Gemini’s shadow — being scattered, staying surface-level.
And of Sagittarius’ shadow — escapism, righteousness, avoidance.

This moon asked us not to choose one or the other — but to integrate both.

Jupiter enters Cancer

As Jupiter shifted signs to Cancer, we felt a deep call inward. This new cycle invites us to expand not through doing, but through feeling.

“You don’t grow by chasing more. You grow by remembering what feels like home.”

We journaled:

  • What truth is surfacing now that I couldn’t see 6 months ago?
  • What belief or story am I ready to release?
  • What wisdom am I choosing to carry forward?

And then we released.

At the fire, we burned our — beliefs, roles, stories, and doubts that no longer serve.
Smoke carried them home.
We got lighter.

We closed with Heart Berry Gratitude — passing a bowl of strawberries, each woman offering a word of thanks. A simple, sacred sweetness to seal it all.

Big huge thank you to Jennifer Bristowe-McNulty for your beautiful sound bath and for Fiona Newman for bringing your drum and calling in the Goddesses!

This Week’s Message

Let yourself slow down.
Let yourself be real.
Let yourself integrate.

The moon is waning. Your spirit is processing.
And that’s not a step back — it’s a sacred return.

You don’t need to rush the next beginning.
You just need to clear the space for it to arrive.

As we move toward the New Moon in Cancer, may we soften into stillness.
May we release the story.
And may we trust the heart to lead.

Until next time,
🌙 Keep following the moon.
🌊 Let your tides guide you home.
🍓 And trust the truth that ripens in your heart.
